Prior to founding Clarify Capital, Michael worked for IDB Bank, Fora Financial and Oquity where he gained invaluable knowledge across underwriting, sales and operations. Over the 10+ years Michael has been in the lending industry, he has demonstrated his keen ability to maximize opportunities for his clients. His mission, to always put his clients’ businesses first, is Clarify Capital’s core principle. Michael is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a dual-degree in Accounting and Finance, and in his spare time enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Bryan Gerson
Co-founder & President
Bryan began his career in the alternative finance industry in 2011 after graduating from the University of Arizona. Since then, he has helped thousands of small business owners find the working capital needed to grow and prosper. Bryan co-launched Clarify Capital after years of achieving industry mastery and establishing dynamic relationships. Since the opening of Clarify Capital in 2017, Bryan has been pivotal in funding over $200M to business owners. Outside of work, Bryan has a passion for New York Sports and, of course, his dog Benny.
Nishank Khanna
Chief Marketing Officer
Nishank is a serial entrepreneur with a knack for creating profitable startups. He's an engineer, designer and marketer. Nishank has been featured on MSNBC and in Inc. Magazine, and has a deep passion for helping small businesses. When he's not helping businesses secure capital, Nishank likes to unwind with books on Applied Mathematics. Go figure.
Adam Galperin
Director, Client Retention
Adam started his career in advertising and software sales after graduating from the University of Arizona. He has several years of experience working with small business owners and has continually shown a willingness to go the extra mile to help them reach their goals. With Clarify Capital since 2018, Adam has formed great relationships with clients built around trust and transparency.
Jeremy Grossman
Senior Funding Manager
Jeremy’s passion for business lending and the rapidly changing marketplace allows him to keep a very tight grasp on the best available loan products for clients. Jeremy holds a degree in finance from Baruch College in New York and has been in the alternative financing industry ever since.
Joseph Musso
Senior Funding Manager
Joe is a recent graduate from Salisbury University with a degree in biology. After working in restaurant management throughout college, he decided to pursue a career in business. His work ethic and strong relationships with customers make him a great loan advisor at Clarify Capital.
Matt McGeady
Funding Manager
Matt is a recent graduate from the University of Maryland, holding a degree in Economics. After working in various sales roles, and as a consultant for a solar energy startup in Nigeria, he knew had a burning passion to help small businesses across the country. In his free time, Matt loves to stay active and watch the Baltimore Ravens.
Shane McDonald
Funding Manager
Since graduating from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business in 2017, Shane has been steadily gaining experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Clarify, he spent 2+ years at a retirement services firm, providing operations and customer service support for a variety of different US based retirement plans. Outside of the office, Shane is an avid sports and music fan, and loves getting outdoors as much as possible.
Bryan Yaskowski
Client Retention Manager
Bryan is a graduate from Moravian University with a degree in business management. After working in the IT industry after college, he decided to transition into the alternative financing industry where his passion for helping small businesses and custom tailoring solutions has helped businesses get the financing they need to achieve their goals. In his free time, Bryan enjoys playing soccer and spending time with friends and family.
Benji Treiber

Benji is a recent graduate from Binghamton University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He has a background in education and previously worked in the field before transitioning to a career in business. In his free time, Benji loves watching classic sitcoms, playing Chess, and is an avid fan of the Rangers and Knicks.
Kevin Mangan
Funding Manager
Kevin just graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Biological Sciences degree. He worked briefly in real estate, which inspired his interest to transition into the business world from the medical one. Kevin loves the Buffalo Bills, teaching tennis and actively going to the gym.
